Brief Answer:
Need to get PFT done

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through the CT pulmonary angio report you have attached.

This report is negative for Pulmonary embolism and pneumonia.
It shows air trapping which is suggestive of Obstructive Small Airway Disease (OAD).
And for the diagnosis of OAD, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) is a must.

PFT will not only diagnose OAD but it will also tell you about the severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.

You will mostly improve with inhaled bronchodilators (Formoterol or Salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).

Please let me know
1. Are you an active smoker?
2. Since how long you are suffering from breathlessness?

Please let me know the answers of above-asked questions so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.
Thanks.
