Brief Answer:
It is important to rule out T.B abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your findings in detail.
Mildly enlarged liver with increased echotexture suggests fatty liver.Fatty liver causes deposition of fat within the liver cells and excessive fat causes liver cell damage.
However mildly enlarged liver may also be due to typhoid fever but liver is not increased in echotexture in this case.

You also need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS(Random blood sugar),Complete liver function test,Renal function test,Lipid profile,Urine RE/ME.

So,it is important to confirm fatty liver by testing lipid profile.
Fatty liver is a reversible state and it can be reversed by diet and life style changes.
You should avoid fried and fatty food and avoid alcohol if you take it.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables. You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.

Few small sized mesenteric lymph nodes in the right iliac fossa region with intestinal wall thickening may be due to T.B(tuberculosis)abdomen.So,chest X-ray and mantoux test are suggested. It is good that these two findings are normal.
I suggest you to go for Barium meal and follow through for confirming T.B.
You need further evaluation for T.B.

Dengue test are negative.

You should take your medicines regularly.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Thank you very much for your answer. I was very much tensed till time. My Lypid profile also fine. Urine RE /ME also fine . No abnormalities were reported. Offcourse i will go for the other tests which you mentioned.

Doctor Sahab, if TB is negative then why lymph nodes are comes, is it because of typhoid? is it curable? hope there is nothing to worry. Hoping it is a not a life threatening one.

Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing back

If lipid profile is fine then you shouldn't worry about fatty liver. However you can follow some diet restrictions.

Enlarged lymph nodes may also be due to typhoid fever, but report also mentioned about bowel wall thickening. Bowel wall thickening is not seen in typhoid fever.
For confirmation you can go for Barium meal and follow through.
You also need clinical correlation for T.B abdomen.
You shouldn't worry at all.It is not life threatening at all.It is totally curable disease.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
