Question: What do you make of this?

58 year old woman. Former smoker. High cholesterol since early 20%E2%80%99s.

Chol numbers have increased 20 pts this year despite 1) being on Pravastatin 20 mg, losing 27 lbs, exercizing every day walking 15 thousant steps and 4-6 classes a week alternating yoga interv training pilates soul cycle. I now am
5%E2%80%995 amd weigh 123 lbs.

total cholesterol 247
triglycerides 79
hdl 95
vldl 16
ldl 130

ldl -p 1329
ldl-c - 140

I have soft unstable plaque in my right femoral artery as seen on an ultrasound. cartoids and left femoral clear. i had a heart calcification CT scan and scored zero.

Any thoughts?
