What Do White Small Sore On Side Of The Tongue Indicate?
Question: I have a white small sore on the side of my tongue towards the back of my mouth. Sometimes my tongue feels to large for my mouth and that is when the sides of my tongue gets sore

First things first..the issue can be simple & caused by friction or a fungal infection.
Please ensure there are no sharp teeth or dentures etc contributing to the friction.
I would start single tablet of 200mg fluconazole (antifungal) as a single dose & apply a oral miconazole paint (eg candid paint). Both these may require a prescription in your neck of the woods & do check with your pharmacist.
If in one week, this persists, please make an appointment with your dentist & get it looked at & a biopsy from the area may be called for to take this further.
