Brief Answer:
She needs to be observed in ICU

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
I appreciate your concern for your mother's illness.

I would like to know the following details before answering your questions:

1. Was ECG done and what was its report?
2. Is she having chest pain, difficulty in breathing or swollen feet of legs.
3. Was she given any treatment by the heart specialist, if yes kindly list the medications?
4. Is she suffering from high BP, diabetes mellitus, or high cholesterol.

After having gone through the reports, I am of the opinion that she had a heart attack (?minor in nature) which is reflected in the form of POSITIVE Troponin -T enzymes which are highly specific for the heart tissue and thus raised in patients with heart attack.

She needs to be observed in ICU to detect and treat any abnormal heart rhythms, or other complications which may occur following a heart attack.

Hope to have answered your query.

she should be admitted in the ICU

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Thanks for your reply.
How is your mother now?
Hope she is doing well.

Gone through the uploaded prescriptions.
She is taking the prescribed medications for her high BP, Cholesterol, angina (chest pain).

Apparently she is having unstable angina as manifested in the form of recurring chest pain, sweating, difficulty in breathing.

Since her condition was explained to you by the treating doctor and she was advised admission for observation in ICU, in my opinion she should be admitted in the ICU.

Hope to have answered your query.
Wishing your mother a quick and smooth recovery.
