Question: no chest pain but shortness of breath i take 1 Furosemide 40 mg and 2 Carvedilol

I have reviewed the attached reports. In summary, this is to say that your heart functions less than normal. It is typical for a failing heart and explains why you are often short of breathe. From the scan, this is probably explained by previous heart attacks. This seems justified as you have had issues and even benefitted from a stent placement.

The way forward is to talk to your cardiologist at this time for optimal fluid management. reducing salt intake and minimizing fluids intake would all be helpful. Furosemide is already good. Remember to eat much Bananas or take potassium supplements as potassium can easily run low while on furosemide.
