There is evidence of brain damage related to hypertension and contributed by heart disease.
The drugs are OK.
Regular blood pressure monitoring is required to control hypertension.
Regular exercise and food rich in fruits with less salt is advised.

Dear Sir,

thanks you your suggestion and immediate relief.
Sir, the patient My father, is also having problems which I forgot to mention. for last two days if he is standing for more than 25-30 min, is becoming little unstable as his right leg becoming little loose/ weak along with his right hand too. for short time it's ok.
pls suggest

He has sustained a stroke which was noticed.
The weakness may be mild but is not able to sustain weight for long while standing.
Ecosprin can be increased to 150 mg daily at bed time.
