What Do These Following Ultrasound And Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Hi doctor

Hope you are doing good

I have done my 11 weeks ultrasound and blood test , i want share you the results and seeking for your feedback and guidance for the same
Just to remind you that daily i am taking SUSTEN300mg , Prenatal tab
Apart from this i am taking every week Capgolin tab , my doctor advised to take this for my 20weeks

Apart from this doctor also took Papsmear test and mentioned the results are OK after the inspection but the full report will be ready next week only
