Brief Answer:
She is on right treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached reports. A mild reduction in L5-S1 disc space can cause the pain that your wife is having. in addition to the regular physiotherapy she can take an oral muscle relaxant like Tolagin 4mg or Myoril twice a day for 7-10 days. She can also start with methylcobalamin supplements to help in decreasing the nerve pain.
Physiotherapy will provide a long term relief but she will need to continue doing the strengthening exercises at home also.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Thanks for your reply. Based on the physiotherapy treatment as shown in my last attachment please instruct to our physiotherapist ifanything further needs to be done. If not i will update you after we finish with the 10 days physiotherapy course. Offcourse thereafter we will carry on the excercise at home as instructed by physio.
Thanks once again XXXX

Brief Answer:
Do keep me updated regarding her progress.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The recommendations made by your physiotherapist are adequate. But the exercises should be done under supervision so as not to put excessive stress on already strained muscle fibres. She will feel improvement gradually after 3-4 weeks.
Hope my answer is helpful.
