What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Please see my attached report and suggest what is the next step? Should I continue with any antibodies or as results are normal so should stop all the medicines?

I want this question to be reviewed by Dr D T XXXXXXX as he has been through with my medical history.

All the reports that you have uploaded are well within normal limits .Hence there is no need to take any medication .

Since you were on long term antibiotics take Multi Vitamin capsule like Becosue once daily for a month .

Thank you Sir for your guidance. As I have enlarge prostate as well, should I take tamsin 04 mg or avoid that too?

Enlargement of prostate usually starts after the age of 55 years ,
Upload your Ultrasound Scan report to me to confirm enlarged prostate .

Tomsulosin has action of relaxing smooth muscles in bladder neck and prostate and there by improve urine flow .It does not reduce size of prostate and has side effect of retrograde ejaculation .

thanks sir for your response. so what do you suggest that Tamsuloin is required or not?

My concern earlier was for urine tract and prostate infection, what should i do to avoid this in future at least some precautions can be suggested by you?

I have attached the ultrasound report for your review. Is my enlargement of the prostate occurred as i was not much sexually active?

Tomsulosin is advised only when patient has obstructive voiding symptoms like poor urine flow confirmed on Uroflowmetry.

Sexual inactivity is one of the causes of getting prostate infection (Prostatitis).You have to ejaculate twice a week either by sexual intercourse or masturbation to release the prostate congestion .

One last question, enlargement of prostate is also due to the inactive sexual life?
