Brief Answer:
Swelling and narrowing of brain vessels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have examined MDCT angiography report that you uploaded.

Regarding to these imaging study findings, central nervous system vasculitis ( swelling and narrowing of brain vessels) should be considered and evaluated further.

Conditions that may cause vasculitis include lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, viral or bacterial infections, rheumatoid arthritis, but can also be a primary vasculitis of the central nervous system.

The correct diagnosis is achieved through clinical examination, medical history and blood tests to evaluate anemia, white blood cells count, inflammatory markers, immune complexes, antibodies, kidney and liver function etc.

In some cases tissues biopsy and cerebrospinal fluid examination may be necessary.

In conclusion, you should discuss with your Doctor about getting examined further in order to achieve a correct diagnosis and, after that, treatment.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.

Brief Answer:
Treatment about vasculitis and stroke rehabilitation are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Admission and discharge cards show that you suffered a large ischemic stroke.

The most common cause of ischemic stroke is a blood clot, but in your case, vasculitis also may result in stroke , since it narrows the vessels (arteries of the brain).

It is necessary again to find the cause of vasculitis and to be treated about, in order to prevent any other recurrent strokes.

It is also necessary to continue medication given by your Neurologist and rehabilitation about the ischemic stroke.

Rehabilitation in large strokes takes months to see improvements.

Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Greetings.
