Question: As you see in the attached report
do I have septum in uterine (fundal) cavity.?
i had 2 missed apportions, no babies, and this ultrasound has been done 2 days ago and it was the first time that a doctor said that i may have a septum.
I'm not pregnant now
If i have septum do I need to remove it or it doesn't effect my future pregnancy !

First of all, there are no attached reports !
Please attach all reports that are relevant to this condition ( do not omit or miss any reports or scans ).
Please attach them at the earliest, so that I can go through them in detail.
Further I need some more details from you .
At what gestational ages did you have the abortions ( how many weeks ) ?
Were any investigations done to diagnose reason for the miscarriages ?
WHen was your last miscarriage ?
WHy was this ultrasound done 2 days back ?
Are your cycles regular ?

Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through all the attachments sent by you.
None of the ultrasounds has suggested that you have a septum in the uterus.
Only the last report dated 18.10.2015 mentions the word ' fundal septation '.
The rest of the wording is not clear at all / not legible.
Please insist on a type written report that will clearly state what the doctor means.
I really do not see any septum anywhere in any of the scans !!
Just request for a type written report of the same scan .

so you suggest me to ignor what the last report said! (18/10/2015) and plan for my new pregrancy! Coz she said that this septum affect the supporting blood to the baby that is may cause missed abortion
it is just a one doctor who told me that I have fundal septum and I think it will be clear in the ultra sound while i was pregrent espacally I had 2 missed abortions with no reason
I'm so worried regarding what she said
and Also it mentioned that I have small outside fibroid and she asked me to ignore it. Please lead me to the right diagnosis and does my uters normal ??
Also I checed my ovulation she said my ovulation is perfect and I have 2, one in the left and one in the right side, does there size perfect??
Thank you in advance
please i'm looking for your advice

Brief Answer:
I need a typewritten report actually.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.
Let me make my suggestions more clear.
I have not asked you to ignore the last report.
I have said that you should request them to give you a typewritten report, instead of a handwritten one, as the report is not at all clear.
Once you get the typewritten report , please send it across to me.
Even if you have a fundal septum ( I will definitively say that only after going through the typewritten report ), it is rarely responsible for causing a missed abortion.
Missed abortion is caused in 90 % of cases due to chromosomal abnormalities ( genetic problems ) that are random in chance, and can happen to anybody.
Most women go on to have successful pregnancies the next time round.
There are certain investigations that should be done for women with a history of 2 abortions.
Have any other tests been done ?
At what gestational ages did the miscarriages occur ?
Moreover, when was your last miscarriage ?
Are your cycles regular ?
I asked you these questions in my first response, will you please answer them.
It is important to have a proper idea before offering my comments.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
