Brief Answer:
Degenerative changes in Spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being here again.

I have gone through your MRI report which mentions about disc bulges at cervical(C3-C4,C4-C5 and C5-C6) and lumbar(L3-L4,L4-L5 and L5-S1) spine. These changes will not cause migraine or the low BP problem you mentioned.

These are degenerative spine changes. These changes usually result in back/neck/extremities pain and paresthesias(abnormal sensations) in extremities, which you have not mentioned in your complaints.Anyhow,I would suggest you to get your 25-hydroxy vitamin D status done to rule out vitamin D deficiency.

Hope it helps. If you have further questions, you are most welcome.

Of course, the symptoms you have mentioned now are well explained by the MRI findings.I would suggest you to go for medicines as exemplified in the prescription below-
