What Do These Following FBS And PPBS Values Indicate?

Question: I am a diabetic patient for the last 9 years. The last three readings for my blood sugar are as under:
December 2015 : Fasting 146 PP : 176 H1bac 7.9
March 2016 : Fasting 166 PP 196 1bac 8.2
May 2016 : Fasting 141 PP 176

I wish to take your guidance to improve my blood sugar levels. Please advise?

Brief Answer:
Take Tab. Amaryl M1 in the evening also instead of Cetapin500 XR

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, the sugar levels you have mentioned are slightly higher to normal. You need an increase in the dose of medication you are already using.

Take Amaryl M1, in the evening also instead of Cetapin XR500.
So that your new treatment would be Tab. Amaryl M1, one in the morning and one in the evening for diabetes. Continue Meconeuron as usual. This would bring your sugar levels into control. Check sugar levels after 2 weeks of starting new medication.

Note: Also be alert regarding Hypoglycemia. ie Low sugar levels if any. When ever medicine is changed, you need to take care of it also.

Also follow strict diet plan and exercise as you've already mentioned.
