Brief Answer:
There is evidence of mild cardiomegaly & increased bronchovascular markings

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through your both images in detail.
There is evidence of mild cardiomegaly(enlarged heart size) in transverse diameter. This should be clinically correlated and may need ECHO for confirmation.
There is also e/o mildly increased bronchovascular markings. It is generally a benign finding and it may be due to infection, age related etc.

It is important to know your symptoms and reason for investigation.

Both images have same findings.

Hope I have answered your question.

Thank you for the reply. The cardiomegaly doesn't concern me because I have a history of cardiac surgery so I know the heart can appear a little differently on xray.

Are you seeing any tenting of the diaphragm? Another doctor said I had that and I was wondering if it's visible on both images. Also, the increased bronchovascular markings are visible on both images, is that correct? Could that be related to cold and/or allergies?
Sorry, I realized I didn't answer your questions. My symptoms are shortness of breath and decreased breath sounds. However, I have a paralyzed diaphragm so that is the possible reason for the latter.

Thank you!
