Question: my chest x ray reports
Bilateral prominent bronchovascular markings.
Another report from another lab says chronic bronchitis

Prominent bronchovascular markings may be due to many reasons like age related,infection/inflammation etc.
This is generally a benign finding.
Chronic bronchitis gives dirty appearance in chest X-ray.
Some times it is difficult to comment definitive diagnosis on chest X-ray.This need clinical correlation and further investigations like PFT(pulmonary function test) etc.
You may need clinical correlation and routine blood investigations like routine hemogram etc.
Most likely your findings are not serious.
