Brief Answer:
Lifestyle changes, repeat tests after 1 month

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
Your blood sugar values indicate that you are suffering from diabetes mellitus (type 2 diabetes).
This is due to a combination of lifestyle, stress and genetic factors.
You should make certain lifestyle changes like diet modifications, keep yourself physically fit and try to be free from stress.
Repeat the test after a span of 1 month. If your blood sugar levels are still altered, you may start on tablet metformin after consultation with your doctor.
If you have any further doubts/ clarifications, you may get back to me.
Regards,
Dr. Sonia

- Avoid excess of white rice, instead you may have whole wheat, ragi and oats.
- You may have fruits but avoid too much of bananas and chickoo. Take more of citrus fruits like oranges.
- Keep your diet simple and avoid processed, junk and packed food.
