Brief Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to HCM.

Detailed Answer:
I read you question carefully and I understand your concern.

Based on the symptoms and the CT and MRI imaging findings there is suspicion of brain lymphoma which is a kind of malignant tumor. However non cancerous disorders like demyelination (tumefactive) can also look like malignant brain tumors. Other modalities of investigations like PET CT and perfusion studies of the brain might help in differentiation but are not confirmatory. Best way to confirm the diagnosis is to do a brain biopsy which confirms the diagnosis.

So I personally feel you need to see your Neurosurgeon who is specialized in treating brain tumors for brain biopsy and treat accordingly. Wish good health.
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
