Brief Answer:
Describe symptoms in detail.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

You should describe your symptoms,so as to get an idea of possible diagnosis.
If chikungunya has been suspected, you should have high fever and body ache.

I shall give an expert opinion, after seeing your reply.
The tests done so far,are not enough to diagnose chikungunya.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Urine culture is only accurate test for UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

If the query was regarding your mother, you could've written that.
As your mother is having burning sensation in urine,it could be due to UTI.(urinary infection).
To diagnose an UTI or urinary infection, get the following tests done :
1. urine culture.
2. urine ACR.
3. blood creatinine,LFT,HbA1C and platelets.
4. Ultrasound scan -KUB,with residual urine.
After seeing these reports, the proper treatment can be advised.
Ask her to drink about 10 glasses fluids daily.

If you send treatment taken so far,it'll help further,in giving an expert opinion.
Don't worry about the ESR,as that does get elevated after a bout of fever.

Wishing her well.
