Brief Answer:
You need not panic. Results are more or less ok.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the report attached. I would like to know your complaints first. Going by the description it seems that you have a respiratory tract infection. The WBC count is only slightly raised which could be due to the infection. But since you are already taking Cetil which is an antibiotic, you need not worry. Please complete the course of 5 days. I would suggest you to take steam inhalation alongside. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and would provide relief.
Your diabetes is not in control and it needs to be controlled aggressively. You need to restrict the total food intake. Distribute the amount into small but frequent meals. It seems that the medication is not adequate and you should get it touch with your doctor for dosage modification.
The elevated ESR is most likely related to your age but could also be related to the disease process. I would not really be concerned about it.
Wish you all the best.
Regards

Brief Answer:
You seem to be sufferring from antibiotic associated diarrhoea

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

The loose motion seems to be antibiotic associated diarrhoea. It occurs when the normal intestinal bacterial flora get killed due to the antibiotics. Please complete the 5 days of antibiotics and discontinue it thereafter. I would suggest you to take plenty of yogurt or curd. It contains beneficial bacteria and should help.

Stop taking Combiflam. It could be causing gastritis leading to the abdominal pain. Taking the other medicines are a matter of choice. But be sure to take steam inhalation. That should provide relief for dry cough.
