Question: Recently had blood tests- 287 cholesterol.
I am 62 weigh 152
Have SLE and fibromyalgia
high Bl pressure maintained with Losartan
Should I be taking a statin?

If you don't smoke, have blood pressure under 138/85 mm Hg and there is no family hystory of heart attack, then you can go on with the diet. Otherwise you may need a station.
