What Do The Following LFT And Lipid Profile Report Indicate?
Question: Please look upon my LFT and Lipid profile report and suggest
P.S. :- I tested the test after getting drunk heavily the before night.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Your triglyceride and LDL cholesterol, both bad cholesterols are high.
You need to take a combination of Fenofibrate and statin e.g Atorvastatin at least for 03 months apart from lifestyle modification ( i.e daily exercise and moderation of high fat diet e.g. ghee,cheese ,butter egg yolk and red meat etc).
Your liver function test shows mild jaundice with raised enzymes like SGOT,SGPT.
If you are alcoholic it may indicate alcoholic liver disease or steatohepatitis or fatty liver.
You need to undergo USG ( ultrasonography )of abdomen to exclude fatty liver particularly when your lipid profile is abnormal.

What is maintenence drugs. Please elaborate.
Also sir is the fatty liver causing the increase of triglycerides? If not why the triglycerides increases at an early age of 27?

Once LDL cholesterol reaches the level of around 100 mg/dl,the initial dosage of statin is reduced( e.g. atorvastatin is lowered down from say 10 mg to 5 mg per day orally which is the maintenance dosage for atorvastatin ). Otherwise LDL cholesterol is likely to come up again.
Hyperlipdemia is usually associated with fatty liver. Fatty liver does not cause hyperlipdemia or high triglyceride level. Hyperlipdemia is usually due to life style factors like obesity, sedentary habits , lack of exercise, alcohol excess, excessive fat intake particularly saturated fats and in some cases it is familial.
