Question: My RBC count 6.57
PVC -Haematocrit 52.0
MCV 79.1
MCH 26.6
Is there any problem in my blood?

I suffered from skin allergy (Itches and Thembal).
And taking tablets Omnacortil-20, Fdin-M(fexofenadine hydrochloride & montelukast Tablet) & Pantoprazole Tablets IP as per advice of skin doctor
And also i suffering BP level @ 140
Doctor adviced to take calcicard 10mg
Can i take both tablets at a time.

You have polycythemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your Hemoglobin and Hematocrit values are high. It suggest polycythemia.
However single time high value is not significant. It can be due to dehydration or other secondary causes.

You should repeat your hemoglobin and hematocrit two to three times at monthly interval. If it remains persistently high then you need further investigation like serum Epo level to search the cause of polycythemia.
Right now no treatment is required for that.

Continue your treatment for skin allergy according to advice. You can take calcicard with that for your high blood pressure along with that.
