Brief Answer:
TMT Finding are concerning and needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your father's health and I would like to tell you that TMT is basically a test to put the heart under work stress during which the demand of oxygen of heart muscles is increased and then we assess how well is the blood supply to heart muscles as blood is the carrier of oxygen.

Now when the passage for Blood to muscles is clear the demand is met properly but when there is some blockage in that path the supply get reduced due to which ischemia or lack of blood/ oxygen supply to muscles occur which are then represented on ecg as ST changes.

In your father case those are down sloping ST depression which are considered quite specific to ischemia due to some blockage in vessels. Now the next step to confirm this is to undergo Angiography.
The features are no doubt concerning and they needs to be evaluated further.

I hope this information will clear all your doubts.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
