Brief Answer:
rest, warm therapy, reduce pressure, devices, physiotherapy, medication

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on the description there may be a sprain of one or more ligaments. There are different grades/levels of sprain, from grade 1 to grade 3. Grade 1 - there is a slight stretching and microscopic tears are present

Grade 2- partial tear of the ligament
Grade 3-complete tear

In addition to rest (staying off the foot or reducing pressure on it by use of a walking aid), you can continue the warm therapy but you may also need physiotherapy as well.
You may need a device such as a brace or cast-boot to use temporarily to provide support

Medication such as naproxen or ibuprofen, would be helpful

Summary: rest, warm therapy, reduce pressure on ankle, may need devices, physiotherapy, medication

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
