What Do Swollen Glands In The Neck After Unprotected Oral Sex Indicate?

Question: I've seen my primary doctor about this problem over the past year.....I had protected sex with a lady friend that I haven't seen in years she also gave me oral sex unprotected, now I'm having these symptoms....swollen glands in the neck area(behind the chin), a little discomfort in the back of my neck & in the front of my neck near the collar bone area, bad taste in my mouth, itching in the roof of my mouth near the back of my throat, stiffness in my lower back and my joints(joints crack). I've taken several STD test including 3 HIV test and all of the test results came back negative...please help !!!

What is the time period since sex? When was the last test in relation to sexual act? What was this test?was it 3rd generation or 4th generation screening test?

It was 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 10 months after sex and all of the results are negative

Thank you. Your tests are conclusive because they are well past the window period which is 3 months for a 3rd generation test and 2-4 weeks for a 4th generation. Your symptoms are certainly not due to HIV.
