Brief Answer:
Following considerations...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

1. The very first thing is to determine what us causing swelling:
- heart disease through heart check up ( ECG, echocardiogram, monitoring of blood pressure)
- kidney disease through urine analysis, abdominal ultrasound, kidney blood tests (creatinine, bun)
- liver issues through liver function test and abominal ultrasound

After determining the right diagnosis, appropriate treatment will be prescribed apart diuretics.

2. The bloating feeling you have on your GI tract( intestines) could be due to stomach issues, alteration in GI flora. Stomach hyperacidity problems to get further evaluated by GI specialist as per your report of breath smell.

Probiotics, and simethicone will help ease your actual symptoms for the moment until you see the GI specialist.

3. The generalized burning sensation you feel over all your body is due to bad blood circulation (swelling), or neuropathy. Neurologist to be further consulted.

Hope it was of help
