What Do Small White Bumps On The Nose Indicate?
Question: I went in to book my first microdermabrasion and the skin therapist noticed multiple small white bumps on my nose. I assumed it was stubborn white heads as I've tried to remove it myself, hence why I wanted a facial. The skin therapist called in another lady for a second opinion and both presumed it to be milia. They asked me if I had any heart related conditions because milia on the nose is connected to heart issues. They told me to get a blood test and check my cholesterol levels as well. Previously I've had some luck getting these stubborn white bumps off however it is very difficult. I've noticed they come out as a ball however I can squash it between my finger nails. Could you possibly let me know if this is related to heart problems?

But, they are not related to any cardiac disorders.
