Question: Why is penis head smaller with skin pulling it to the left?

As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

The penis head is fuller at time of erection only.
Otherwise,it's in similar shape as the shaft of penis.

The penis is always deviated to either side and never stiff straight.
In most people,it's deviated to the left side.
