Brief Answer:
Irregular shedding of endometrium

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

This is not typical sign of pregnancy. Implantation bleeding does appear like this but not so common.

This is seen when there is irregular endometrial shedding as seen in minor hormonal variation. This gets corrected by itself in next cycle. Dont worry about it.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.
