Brief Answer:
Possibly jock itch; following info are needed for parasites....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

The itchiness and redness in your genital area without a rash are indicative for possible fungal infection (jock itch). They look red because of itchiness (perhaps you have been scratching a bit more than normal).

I advise to:
- keep a good local hygiene
- wash with warm water and soap
- apply clotrimazole (jock itch) lotion locally; can mix it with hydrocortizone cream too
- take anti-itching OTC medication like ketotifen or benadryl orally

If the itchiness won't subside for a few days (up to 1 week); then, further evaluations should be run from a dermatologist.

With regards to parasites, I need to have more info:
- are you having itchiness in your anal area too?
- any changes in bowel movements?
- history of sharing towels or other utensils with others (non known people)?
- have you noted (visually seen) anything unusual with your eyes?

Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Immediate consultation with dermatologist advised&following advice...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Ok, then, here you must start taking some further tests.

You should consult with a dermatogist as soon as possible as you might need to start prescription medications like steroids or antibiotics.

Avoid sharing your utensils with your family or gfs.

Avoid sexual activities until improvement.

When scratching your genital area, wash your hands with warm water and soap, do not touch any other clothes or body parts.

Once again, should consult with dermatologist as soon as possible.
Wish fast recovery!
