Question: Here is my issue. I received unprotected oral sex until completion from an escort. I wiped myself off with a towel she gave me and then left. As soon as I got in my car I cleaned my penis with lysol disinfectant wipes (2 wipes, 1 after another) and pulled my foreskin back over my penis head (I am uncircumcised). 45 minutes later, after I got home, I washed with soap and water. I tend to be sensitive in that area however I do not recall being overly discomfort by the wipes at that time but I do recall a tingly feeling when I sat down after urinating the first time after I used the wipes. I felt normal after that, however 3-4 days later, I start feeling itchy so I rubbed my penis to alleviate the itchiness. After taking a closer look at my penis, I noticed these red spots on the glans penis. The spots were not filled with anything, and if they were raised, it was very minimal because the skin was still intact and felt flat. I determined that the itchiness was coming from the foreskin and not the glans penis itself because rubbing the skin on the head did not make it itchy but rubbing the foreskin covering the head did. I have no pain. I am wondering if this is an allergic reaction or case of contact dermatitis because I used the disinfectant wipes on my penis. Or is it herpes or std? I can send pics if that would help. The redness seems to be going down. I'm very worried. I'm hoping it's just an allergic reaction. Is it possible that I could have had the symptoms of the allergic reaction or contact dermatitis 3-4 days after using the disinfectant wipes? I have hydrocortisone cream, should I apply that on there?

Thank you Doctor for your response. I have a follow up question. I clean my penis with soap and water in the shower daily because I'm uncircumcised. Should I put a halt on using bath soap to clean my penis for the time being and use water only? Please take a look at the pictures I have attached. The pictures go back in time (the first 2 are from today and the last 2 are from two days ago) . Please tell me if your opinion remains the same (that the redness is from the reaction to the lysol wipes)
