Brief Answer:
Skin rash isan erythematous dermatosis, lymphatic system assessment required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The rash is an erythematous lesion with scaling.
This is seen in skin condition called psoriasis.
However, exact nature of the rash can be determined by clinical assessment and skin biopsy.
Lymhdema is caused by blockage of lymphatics.
Blockage can occur due to parasites, disorder of lymphatic channels or by malignant cells.
I suggest you to go foe clinical assessment of both the lesions.

Thanks and take care
