Question: Sure
I have stiffness in my neck, a slight sore throat, sweating, a slight fever. No real congestion though.

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

This sounds like pharyngitis. I will recommend tylenol 1000mg thrice daily, ONLY. Stop advil, motrin and aspirin as these increase your risk of stomach pain and bleeding.

In addition, drink much water and consciously move the head and neck in all directions to improve relief the stiffness.
