Brief Answer:
Kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well, the ultrasound report still shows the kidney size and CMD which are well within normal range. But it does happen in long standing diabetes, it slowly affects the kidneys causing leakage of the protein

When you say your father has kidney disease, is it on the ultrasound report or the blood reports.

1. I would like to know his renal function tests

2. Has the routine urine examination been performed?

3. How long he has had DIabetes ? Is it well controlled?

4. Is he passing adequate urine??

DO let me know these queries and I would guide you further

Brief Answer:
Not life Threatning

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well, so far the reports are all good. I wont consider it as a life threatening risk at the moment.

Ultrasound does show some kidney proble, but the size and Good CMD are good signs that the kidney is doing well. His urine and renal function tests are all within normal limits as well.

Just to make sure we are protecting kidneys, I would recommend him using Ace inhibitor or ARB.

Bt as of now nothing life threatening which you should be worried about

hope the information is useful
