Brief Answer:
reduced blood supply to front aspect of heart, decreases then goes back

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The heart has different aspects, the anterior wall refers to the part of the front aspect of the heart. A moderate sized area means that the area involved is relatively large.

Ischemia refers to decreased blood supply.

Reversible means that the blood supply decreases but can then increases so it is not a permanent decrease in blood supply to the area.

This implies that there is implied blood supply to the front aspect of the heart. When the heart is stressed (a person is most active), then the blood supply to the area is not enough but when you go back to rest (stop activity), it is ok

During activity the heart needs more blood because it is working more, at this time, the area is not given as much as it needs - ischemia.

There is some blockage in one or more of the blood vessels in your heart in this area.

Your doctors may suggest further tests to determine which vessels are involved.

Reducing risk factors would be the main aspects of treatment- smoking cessation, control of blood pressure, control of cholesterol, control of blood sugar

If any of these is an issue, then control would help

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
