What Do My Sonography Lab Test Results Indicate?

Question: Hi
I have fatty liver grade 1 for last 7 years, just two days before i done sonography and found, the liver increased 16.8 cm fatty liver grade 2. And sgot 60.4 & sgpt 77.2, (alcholic fatty liver) currently i dont have any abdomen pain nothing , please advice me what to do.

Thanks for the query,
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Basically speaking there is no specific treatment for fatty liver.
General treatment offered is....
Quit alcohol completely
Do regular aerobic exercises
Shed your weight.
Avoid sugar,cold drinks,sports drinks and juices.
Avoid high carb foods like rice,potatoes,bread etc.
Consume more of fresh fruits,green vegetables and nuts.
Avoid junk foods like pasta burger etc
Do it regularly for 4-6 months and your liver condition would revert back
