Brief Answer:
Your lipid profile and PSA both are nomral

Detailed Answer:
Hello , Welcome to HCM,

As I start I would like to congratulate you for starting up with the healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle.
Your lipid profile is perfectly fine . In males the HDL should be above 40 , so for you that's just borderline. I wouldn't try treating it by any medication. Continue aerobic exercise at least 45 mins daily and that the best way to increase HDL naturally.

Coffee or weight reduction will not affect HDL negatively , so I believe the values in the test are justified .

Also the PSA levels are perfectly within normal limits and you need not worry about the same .

Let me know if any clarification needed and I would be happy to help .

Brief Answer:
Lipid profile after 3 months . Wishing you good health

Detailed Answer:
Hello , The cholesterol of 130 is not harmful at all , so try maintaining it at the same level . Rather the best Ldl ( bad cholesterol ) which is ideal for good health is under 70 .
Yes continue with atleast 45 mins of aerobic exercise daily along with your weigh training and exercise to increase Hdl
May also consider supplements like omega 3 fatty acid 2 gms a day , ( 1 gm capsule ) twice a day .
This would not only help in lipid profile but has overall health benefits like source of anti oxidants which helps in preventing cancer and lengthen degenerative aging process .
Hoping I could help .
Do rate for others reference.
