Brief Answer:
Dyslipidaemia according to the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query and reports. According to the reports you are having Dyslipidaemia. Your triglycerides is high. HDL is low LDL is in almost safe range. You should attain Triglycerides to below 150 , HDL to raise above 60 and LDL to maintain 100 or below for a normal lipid profile.

Check your thyroid profile. If there is hypothyroidism then your dyslipidaemia can be due to that and in such case you have to take thyroxine supplements to normalize your Lipid levels.

A high triglycerides can be due to high intake of carbohydrates or sweets , trans fats and junks foods. Lack of physical activity is also a reason. So limit your fat and sweets intake. Take whole grain foods. Avoid refined foods like one made of maida , cakes and junk foods. Foods contain hydrogenated fats (dalda) should be avoided must. Take food high in fibre. Taking vegetable salads is good. Have your dinner light and take it early. Get proper exercise daily. Jogging daily half an hour is good.
You can continue atorvastatin in lower dose (10mg). Studies have shown that taking this increases life span. Also keep your sugar level normal by antidiabetic drugs.
These all measures will be enough to control your lipid levels.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
