Brief Answer:
Detailed below..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your answers the white bumps seems to be probably clogged minor salivary glands.
The flesh coloured bumps seems to be probably due to mild allergic reaction to some food or products like toothpaste or mouthwash..

But for confirmation you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral swab culture,
X-ray and blood test can help in diagnosis and will be treated accordingly..

As of now you can do concentrated salt water gargles..
If you use mouthwash use a dilute solution by mixing 1:1 solution of mouthwash and water..

Any further queries are welcome..

Regards..

how are the clogged ducts treated
doctor
Answered by Dr. Honey Arora (5 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Removal of the obstruction..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your complain clogged ducts are treated by removing the obstruction either manually or surgically..

Basically the obstruction is formed due to formation of small calcified structures known as Sialoliths or salivary stones into the ducts of the salivary glands leading to obstructing the ducts..
If they are superficial they are removed manually but in case if they are deep surgical removal is done..

At times the ducts of the glands can get ruptured due to any traumatic injury and the mucous gets accumulated into the soft tissues and forms bumps..
They can at times regress with concentrated salt water rinses that I have already advised you..

But first of all get the cause confirmed as proper investigations are first of all needed for diagnosis and then only treatment can be planned..

Hope this helps..

Regards..

Brief Answer:
Not extremely serious, but get confirmation of cause first..

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

As per your query, clogged duct especially if it is of minor salivary gland is not extremely dangerous or does not cause any serious complications..

But firstly get it confirmed..
