Brief Answer:
Please give your clinical complaints.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well, looking into your problem I would like to tell you that , I would like to know why your anti ccp was done?, did you have any complaints of swelling in small joints of hands? .
Also its positivity just means that you are more prone for getting rheumatoid arthritis but doesnt signify that you have it . Rest you have mild dyslipidemia . Until and unless you have clinical symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis treatment should not be started .

Hope this helps you. You can always get back to me if you have further queries.
Take care.

Thanks Dr for quick reply.
I am not having any clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis .I have done these blood tests as a part of regular check up.I am having occasional slightly redish palms which comes and goes.no other clinical symptom.what are early symptoms to recognize rheumatoid arthritis. ANT test also shows higher side.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for reverting back.

Well first you should try to lose weight , and do dietary interventions like stop fatty food , take lot of salads etc and repeat your lipid profile after 6 weeks , if it still deranged treatment will be advisable . For high homocysteiene levels take folic acid 5mg daily which will correct folate deficiency also .

For vitamin D deficiency , you should take vitamin D XXXXXXX 60000 IU once in a week for 12 weeks then once a month for 1 year .

You dont have to do anything for anti ccp levels but in case you get swelling and pain over joints specially hand joints let us know and then we will decide further .

Take care.

Dr. Shruti
