Brief Answer:
I suggest that furthur cardiac evaluation should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,
I have gone through the investigations you have provided .
As I start I would like to know what we're the symptoms why you went for all the test and is she diabetic, hypertensive or has any other risk factor .

Now as the doctor has suggested, there are changes in Inferolateral leads , however the elevation in avr is something I would investigate furthur .
The echo is normal suggesting that no heart attack already and hence no damage to heart muscle .
About TMT , as there were baseline changes already present ,we cannot comment with great surety about the results of the test , however I would still not consider it as negative.

So.in the end if there are symptoms I would suggest you go for a furthur investigation, if in XXXXXXX an coronary angiography, if risk factors are absent CT coronary angiogram would be enough otherwise conventional angiography to rule things out
If she has no complains can manage conservatively and may repeat an stress test after 6 months .
Hoping I could help
Regards Dr. Priyank Mody
