Brief Answer:
Bowel wall thickening may be due to many causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Bowel wall thickening may be due to many causes like infection, inflammation, carcinoma etc.
As there are enlarged lymph nodes and hypodense areas in liver,it is important to properly evaluate for carcinoma.
She may need further investigation like colonoscopy and biopsy.PET scan may also be advised.
Biopsy is very helpful in evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Few tiny calcification in right kidney is not concerning,it may be age related vascular calcification.

Diverticulum in intestine may only need follow up.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
