Brief Answer:
Findings may suggests few small calculus in both kidneys.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your major findings may suggests few small calculus in both kidneys largest 4.0 mm in mid pole of right kidney.
It is good that it is not causing any obstruction.
Renal calculus less than 5.0 mm responds well to conservative treatment.
You should drink lot of water and you may be prescribed calculus dissolving medicines after consulting your doctor.
It is expected that it will be flushed out with hydration and medicines.

There are also small calcified and non calcified lymph node in pelvis. It is usually not a matter of concern.
Other findings are acceptable.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
