What Do Moles On The Abdomen And Buttocks Indicate?

Question: Hello! I was wondering whether you can take a look at the attached images of two moles which I have. I have had both for over twenty five years and neither has changed at all in color or appearance. Both are about the size of a pencil eraser and mostly flat. The first is on my abdomen and the mole in the second image is right above my buttocks.

I have yearly skin cancer screenings and none of the dermatologists has ever raised a concern over either mole. Thank you!!
