Question: I wake up every morning with loose stool and very nausuas! Not pregnant tubes are tyed!

The nausea for months now the loose stools just startedand it always seems to happen around my period time which I don't get my period because I have ovarian cyst so my doctor tied my tubes and puts me on birth control so I don't get my period

Hi back my dear.

You are reporting to have these symptoms around your period time, so to my opinion it is related with

- premenstrual syndrome ( even you don't get periods)
- birth control pills side effects

In both cases, your hormones levels fluctuate, and they are responsible for your symptoms.

In case your symptoms are present even if your periods are not coming (all the time), then gastritis is to rule out by upper endoscopy.
