Brief Answer:
Upper Respiratory Tract Infection seems to be the cause of your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would advise that you should get a throat swab culture and sensitivity test done along with a Complete Blood Count (CBC).

I would advise that you should continue taking painkiller Ibuprofen three times daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg once a day for the next 2-3 days. These medicines are easily available over the counter.

Meanwhile, please schedule and get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a specialist (ENT specialist) to rule out any underlying infectious etiology.

A clinical evaluation by your doctor along with the reports of the above-mentioned investigations will help in planning your further medical management.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I'll be happy to help.
Regards.
