Brief Answer:
Periods will normalize with time

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Periods do become irregular once there is excessive stress, exercise and weight loss.
This is due to hormonal changes caused by stress and exercise.
Once you reduce your weight and maintain it, the periods will be completely normal, as your body set the hormones to a particular level.
I suggest you to continue your exercise and diet and loose weight to a target level, and the periods will normalize with time.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
