Question: I have been having an irregular heartbeat, headaches, dizziness, and shortness of breath. I am a college student, but I do not think it is due to stress.
I have looked up these symptoms, but I cannot seem to find a certain answer.

Brief Answer:
Probably related to anxiety!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. Your age doesn’t allow for heart problems that easily. I am more convinced that this is related to anxiety. This often happens when you might be in unfamiliar places, get concerned about something, etc. The are generally not harmful. We only treat is this causes worries to you that interfere with your daily activities or sleep.

In all, anxiety related. Need no specific treatment unless you are unable to function normally.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if you have any further concerns.
