Hello dear patient,
Thanks for asking your query on healthcaremagic.
Have gone through your short history.
Symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia. It is a term that describes discomfort or pain in the upper abdomen. However, it's not a disease in itself. Dyspepsia is a group of symptoms which often include bloating, nausea and belching.

As the onset in your case is acute Most likely cause is starving your body(no food intake.

Go for an ultrasound abdomen if its normal normal, I would suggest you not to worry too much.Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily for 3 days. This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms
of dyspepsia.Antacid like Pepto bismol can be taken for few days along with it.
Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days to provide relief in symptoms.
For nausea take OTC Zofran 4 mg twice daily for 3 days.

As your back is sore due to fall i would suggest you to use linseed oil with diclofenac ointment twice daily over the inflamed are. Hot water bottle can also be used for relief.
Tylenol can be taken thrice daily for a earlier and quick recovery.

Take easily digestible food like milk, juices and fruits,
